Complementary food spelled plum porridge
A sweet spelled plum porridge is a good addition to your baby’s complementary food. The sweetness of the plums combines a treat with the valuable iron from the spelled flakes.
The spelled plum porridge is extremely healthy because, in addition to iron, it also contains a high proportion of magnesium and potassium, all important building blocks for a balanced diet.
What goes into the spelled plum porridge?
- 120 grams of plums
- 30 g spelled flakes
- 20 ml apple juice
- 100ml of water
- 10 grams of butter
preparation
Put the spelled flakes in the simmering water and let them swell for two minutes. Wash the plums thoroughly, deseed and cut into small pieces. Put the plum pieces in the pot together with the apple juice and simmer again. Add the butter and blend everything together. The porridge is ready!
