What you need: paper, autumn leaves, finger paints (preferably in autumn tones), brush
Instructions for making an autumn tree
- First, your child draws a tree trunk on the piece of paper with finger paint and a brush.
- Now your child paints an autumn leaf on one side. Then your child makes an imprint on the paper with the painted leaf, above the painted tree trunk. Your child repeats this with different colors and the autumn tree is ready.
- You can also take different leaves, then the tree will be even more varied!
