Put your babies to bed earlier

It is obvious that your baby has simply slept in the early hours of the morning. However, this does not automatically mean that you should put him to bed later in the evening so that he sleeps longer in the morning. If you have to keep your offspring extra awake to artificially delay bedtime, you’re doing both of you a disservice. Because that way, your baby only runs the risk of becoming overtired – which in turn means that it sleeps less well, becomes whiny and is in a bad mood the next day.

Maybe your baby just has to go to bed earlier to get a restful and long sleep. Also, keep in mind that your child’s sleep pattern will change as they get older.

Train your baby to “eat breakfast” later

Does your baby get something to drink immediately after waking up? Perhaps it has gotten used to the fact that it is automatically hungry at this time. Try delaying the first meal of the day by taking your baby out of bed but feeding them later. It is possible that your baby will get used to the new time for the first meal and sleep longer accordingly.
