What you need: 1 long rubber band
Rubber twist – this is how it works
2 children stretch the knotted rubber band between their legs, the third child jumps in and on the rubber band rectangle in agreed figures. After each round, the ribbon is stretched a little higher, making it more and more difficult to jump. If someone makes a mistake, he is replaced by one of the two “rubber holders”.
