Blow out Easter eggs in 6 steps
Before it can go to decorating your Easter eggs, they must first be blown out. But this is sometimes quite difficult. Find instructions here on how to easily blow out Easter eggs in six steps.
Buying the right eggs
Before you start blowing out and decorating the Easter eggs, you should first create optimal conditions. For example, getting the right eggs is crucial. When buying, you should pay particular attention to the nature of the eggs. Here, the surface should be smooth if possible and the eggshell thick. If these conditions are met, nothing can go wrong with the steps to blow out eggs.
Clean eggs properly
Now that you have got the right eggs, it is first necessary to clean them in order to create a suitable basis for the decoration of your Easter eggs. To do this, first place the eggs in water, which is mixed with a teaspoon of vinegar essence. Then rinse the eggs with warm water and free them from grease and dirt.
Drilling holes
Now carefully drill a hole in the raw egg with a large needle at the top and bottom. Carefully enlarge both holes until they measure approximately half a centimeter in diameter.
Blow out eggs
For the blowing out itself, it is best to bend over a bowl with the egg. All you need now is a strong lung, because the inside is not so easy to elicit from the egg. Now blow vigorously into the upper hole so that the inside of the egg can safely drain into the bowl.
Washing out the eggs
Now that the egg has been blown out and the entire egg inside is in the bowl, you should wash out the empty egg. However, you have to be careful here, as the eggshell is even more sensitive when the egg is empty. Then dry it off.
Attach eggs to wooden skewers
The egg with its oval shape is not easy to handle when decorating. At this point we have a little tip for you: Simply skewer the egg on a wooden skewer and attach it in an egg carton cardboard, which you would have to have after buying eggs anyway. So you can fix the egg much better when decorating. You can find numerous ideas for this in our article “Making and Decorating Easter Eggs”.
