Simple parrot cake from the tin

What goes into the parrot cake from the tin?

  • 200 grams of margarine
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • ¼ liter of sour cream
  • 1 pack of couverture
  • 3 different colors of food coloring

preparation

Stir together the first six ingredients. Divide the dough into three equal portions and place in three bowls. Then paint each of the three portions with a different color.

Then grease a deep baking tray and spread the batter in colorful blobs on it. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20 minutes and allow to cool.

Finally, melt the couverture and spread on top.
