Crunchy sausages in puff pastry

What goes in sausages in puff pastry?
- 5 slices of frozen puff pastry
- 5 wieners
- Mustard
- 5 slices of Gouda
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp condensed milk
preparation
Defrost five sheets of frozen puff pastry. Spread the five Viennese sausages thinly with mustard. You wrap the five slices of Gouda around a sausage, then place them on the puff pastry and roll them up. Fold the ends of the dough over. Then place them together with baking paper on a cold-rinsed baking sheet. Put the egg yolk and condensed milk in a bowl and whisk. Spread it over the top of the sausages and bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
