Delicious vegetable dip for vegetable sticks

The vegetable dip is a vitamin-rich snack. Choose which vegetables your offspring likes best and off you go.

What goes into the vegetable dip?

  • 1 half cucumber or
  • 1-2 carrots or
  • 1-2 peppers (red or yellow) or
  • 1/2 kohlrabi or
  • 5 radishes
  • For the dip: 1 cup of yoghurt, 1 half cup of crème fraiche with herbs

Choose the vegetables that you would like to eat with the vegetable dip. Of course you can also use all the suggested vegetables, then you are immediately prepared for a larger round. Wash and peel or clean the vegetables and cut them into sticks approx. 1 cm wide and 5 cm long. Mix the crème fraiche and yoghurt in a bowl.
