Vegetable soup with fresh pasta

A healthy main course with fresh vegetables and delicious pasta. The recipe is quick to prepare and you will surely like it too.

What goes into the vegetable soup?

  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 leek
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 tsp garden vegetable bouillon
  • 250 g tortellini

preparation

Clean, wash, peel and cut a small carrot into fine strips. Then clean a small leek, wash and cut into rings. Heat the sunflower oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables in it for four minutes, turning frequently. Pour in 1 liter of water, bring to the boil and add four teaspoons of garden vegetable bouillon. Finally, add the tortellini and leave to simmer for four minutes over low heat. Arrange on plates and serve.
