Spicy and juicy gingerbread brownies
This combination of spicy gingerbread and juicy brownies is definitely a wonderful way to end the menu.

You need ingredients:
100 g dark chocolate
200 g butter
200 g icing sugar
2 eggs
100 g ground hazelnuts
2 cl rum, if desired
2 tsp gingerbread spice
1 tsp cinnamon
225 g spelled flour type 630
1 tsp baking powder
150 g apricot jam
200 g dark chocolate coating
Preparation of gingerbread brownies:
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool down a bit. Beat the butter with the icing sugar and the eggs until fluffy. Then add the hazelnuts, rum, spices and chocolate and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gently fold in.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Spread the batter about 2 cm thick on a baking sheet and let the brownies bake for 25-30 minutes. After baking, brush them with the apricot jam and cut them into small cubes. Heat 200g of dark chocolate icing and spread over the brownies.
