Fanta cake in the springform pan
Fantakuchen is a different way to enjoy lemonade. Have fun baking with your child.
You need this for the fantacake
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup of Fanta
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 1/2 packets of vanilla sugar
preparation
First, beat the sugar and eggs together until fluffy. Then stir in the Fanta and oil. Then add vanilla sugar, mix flour and baking powder and sift and stir in as well. Pour the batter into the greased springform pan and bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 45 minutes. A glaze can be mixed with powdered sugar and water, lemon juice or, of course, Fanta. Pour over the finished, slightly cooled cake and allow to set. Then the fanta cake can be served.
